We're a small team of seasoned Silicon Valley developers located in the San Francisco East Bay with decades of experience from companies like Apple, Yahoo!, IBM as well as a bunch of successful startups. We're not out to save the world (just yet), but we are dedicated to help people save money. We know all about Groupon and the many clone sites that followed, but that's not what we envisioned as a service that will help you save money just when you need it the most - at checkout.

Instead, we created a Web Service called GeoPerks™, which serves membership benefit information such as membership discounts and rewards (collectively "perks") and maps them to geo locations where those perks apply. For companies with membership programs this is cool because it allows them to improve customer retention as their customers see more value in the membership.

No server without a client, so we also developed Reward Explorer for iPhone which displays the perks from GeoPerks based on geo location. It's pretty awesome when you go to a Sporting Goods store and find out that you can shave 10% off the price because you're a Costco member — Ka-Ching!

Our goal is to open up GeoPerks through an API and let other developers include GeoPerks data in their apps. In the meantime, take Reward Explorer for a spin and let us know what you think.
